As our Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll own and lead the internal talent function that powers Harmonic's growth across the UK and US, hiring everyone from graduates through to senior billers. You'll report to our Head of People & Impact and work closely with our Founder and CEO. You'll own the function, shape our talent strategy, and have a genuine seat at the table in decisions about where the business goes next.
A strong internal talent acquisition or agency recruitment background, with genuine headhunting experience (proactively attracting people, not just screening applicants).
