The business has developed a highly collaborative, high-performance culture made up of exceptionally talented, ambitious individuals who are passionate about building a market-leading product. Finance is deeply embedded within the commercial and strategic decision-making process, giving the team real influence across the business rather than operating as a traditional back-office function.

The company places a strong emphasis on AI tooling, automation, and process optimisation, creating an environment where innovation and continuous improvement are actively encouraged. Combined with a fantastic central London office, strong cross-functional collaboration, and a culture built on trust and autonomy, this is an exciting opportunity to join a business at a pivotal stage of growth.

The Role

As Finance & Analytics Manager, you’ll report directly to the Head of Finance, with a Management Accountant underneath you handling the day-to-day postings, payment runs and ledger BAU. That means your focus is on producing high quality month-end reporting and spending the rest of your time on projects: improving financial processes, supporting RevOps, and working with our Data team.

You won't be doing everything from scratch, you’ll have a strong team around you — but you will be expected to review, challenge, and improve what's already in place, whilst bringing your own analytical lens to the commercial side of the business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants breadth without losing their technical accounting roots. You’ll join the finance team at a pivotal stage of growth, with exposure to working with senior leadership across Finance, Commercial and Data functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the month-end close process, ensuring accurate reporting, reconciliations, journals and insightful management accounts with clear variance analysis
  • Maintain strong financial controls and ledger integrity in Xero, including technical accounting areas such as accruals, prepayments, payroll and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Support budgeting, forecasting and board reporting through financial modelling, analysis and proactive identification of trends, risks and opportunities
  • Partner closely with RevOps and Data teams to deliver revenue and commercial insights through dashboards, subscriber analytics, cohort analysis and KPI reporting across B2B and DTC channels
  • Lead automation and process improvement initiatives across finance systems and reporting workflows, acting as a commercially-minded finance partner to stakeholders across the business
  • Oversee AP, payments and royalty schedules, while supporting compliance requirements including VAT, tax, R&D claims and year-end audit preparation

Essential Experience

  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified preferred
  • Strong grounding in management accounting and month-end close processes
  • Experience operating in a fast-paced, scaling business environment
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and communicate financial and commercial data
  • Experience improving processes and implementing more efficient ways of working
  • Confident communicator, able to work cross-functionally with non-finance stakeholders
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills

Desirable Experience

  • Experience within SaaS, subscription, technology or digital businesses
  • Exposure to BI tools, SQL or large dataset analysis
  • Familiarity with cloud-based finance systems such as Xero
  • Experience supporting RevOps, commercial analytics or KPI reporting
  • Previous management or mentoring experience
