The business continues to grow internationally across wholesale and e‑commerce channels, and is investing in its finance function to support that growth.
Joining the UK Finance team, you will play a key part in driving budgeting, forecasting and month‑end reporting. Working closely with the Global FP&A team, Financial Accounting team and budget holders, you will deliver accurate insights that inform strategic decisions. This is a business partnering role: you will provide financial guidance to senior stakeholders and influence decisions that support growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Support the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, gathering inputs and updating models
- Prepare P&L, balance sheet and cashflow forecasts
- Develop forecasting models, sensitivity analysis and scenario planning
- Prepare variance analysis and monthly reporting packs for review by the Finance Director
- Review departmental spending and provide commentary on variances to budget holders
- Prepare channel and departmental P&Ls with accurate reconciliations
- Analyse sales trends and performance metrics across UK, EU and ROW regions, providing data‑driven recommendations
- Support KPI reporting and reconciliation of sales data to BI reports
- Assist with audit preparation, process improvement and ad hoc projects, including ERP delivery
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with 2+ years PQE in FP&A or commercial finance. Experience taking ownership of a full P&L. Strong commercial awareness, with an understanding of business drivers and their financial impact. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Confident communicator, able to build trust and collaborate across teams and seniority levels. Experience with international wholesale (B2B) and e‑commerce business models.
Location: London, hybrid. Start Date: Flexible; up to three months' notice considered.
