Harmonic are delighted to collaborate with a rapidly growing SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) business in London to bring on board a Senior FP&A Analyst. Their category-leading software platform is transforming how organisations manage and scale their internal workflows, which has subsequently landed them investment from a leading private equity firm. Having scaled quickly to £25m ARR, they are now looking for a highly analytical and driven FP&A professional to join their growing finance team. As Senior FP&A Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in steering the business’ continued success with more data-driven insights.

The Role
As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you’ll support the company’s growth by maintaining reliable financial forecasts, developing and managing financial models, delivering thoughtful ad-hoc analysis, and ensuring sales commissions are processed accurately and on time. You’ll work closely with Sales, Finance, RevOps, and Finance leadership to provide practical insights, improve reporting quality, and strengthen financial planning processes. This role offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the financial direction of a growing SaaS business while building broad, cross-functional experience across FP&A, Revenue Operations, and Accounting.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and enhance financial models for revenue, headcount, expenses, and cash flow.
- Prepare and deliver monthly reporting packages, including variance analysis, management dashboards, and key SaaS metrics.
- Support annual budgeting, quarterly re-forecasts, and scenario planning to guide executive decisions.
- Calculate, validate, and process monthly sales commission payouts accurately and on time.
- Maintain documentation of commission plans, governance processes, and dispute resolution procedures.
- Provide ad-hoc performance analysis across go-to-market teams, including SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, churn, CAC payback, LTV) and pipeline efficiency.
- Partner with Revenue Operations and Sales leadership to align commission performance with strategic objectives.
- Support month-end close deliverables and reconciliations in partnership with Accounting.
- Assist with U.S. tax and compliance requirements, assessing impact on reporting and operations.
- Uphold strong internal controls across revenue recognition, commission processing, and accounting processes.
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations to automate and improve the pipeline-to-bookings-to-revenue reporting workflow.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance speed, accuracy, and scalability of reporting and support system integrations between CRM platforms, FP&A tools, and emerging analytics solutions to improve data flow and forecast reliability.
Requirements
- Experience in a fast-moving, start-up or scale-up environment.
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets financial modelling skills.
- Experience with SQL or BI tools is preferred but not essential.
- A commercial mind, with a demonstrable ability to identify and focus on the most commercially meaningful and insightful data.

London (Hybrid, 2 days in office minimum)
