Harmonic is delighted to be working with one of the UK’s most exciting live entertainment companies in their search for a Production Accountant.
The Business
They are a leading international live entertainment and theatrical production company, producing large-scale touring shows and musical that reach audiences across the UK and globally. With a headcount of c.200 employees and turnover in excess of £50m, they are a fast‑growing, dynamic business that has successfully combined creative excellence with commercial scale.
The finance function is a close‑knit team of 6, led by a highly supportive Finance Director with a passion for professional development. The culture is collaborative, down‑to‑earth and lively — reflective of the creative industry they operate in.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a part‑qualified or newly qualified accountant looking to build their career in a creative, high‑growth environment. Working closely with the Production Finance Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing the financials across multiple productions, supporting producers and the wider commercial team.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing production budgets, forecasts and cashflows
- Monitoring actual vs budget performance and investigating variances
- Overseeing cost reporting for live shows and tours
- Business partnering with producers and production teams to provide financial insight
- Assisting with month‑end close and management reporting
- Supporting the Finance Director and Production Finance Manager with ad‑hoc analysis
What We’re Looking For
- Part‑qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) or QBE
- Prior experience in a media, entertainment or creative business
- Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
- Excellent communicator, able to translate financial information for non‑finance colleagues
- A genuine interest in live events, theatre or the creative industries

Central London / Hybrid (2 days WFH).
