Harmonic is delighted to be working with one of the UK’s most exciting live entertainment companies in their search for a Production Accountant.

The Business: They are a leading international live entertainment and theatrical production company, producing large-scale touring shows and musicals that reach audiences across the UK and globally. With a headcount of c.20 employees and turnover in excess of £5m, they are a fast-growing, dynamic business that has successfully combined creative excellence with commercial scale.

The Role: This is a fantastic opportunity for a part-qualified or newly qualified accountant looking to build their career in a creative, high-growth environment. Working closely with the production team, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing the financials across multiple productions, supporting producers and the wider commercial team.

  • Preparing production budgets, forecasts and cashflows
  • Monitoring actual vs budget performance and investigating variances
  • Overseeing cost reporting for live shows and tours
  • Business partnering with producers and production teams to provide financial insight
  • Assisting with month-end close and management reporting
  • Supporting the Finance Director and Production Finance Manager with ad-hoc analysis

What We’re Looking For:

  • Prior experience in a media, entertainment or creative business
  • Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
  • Excellent communicator, able to translate financial information for non-finance colleagues
  • A genuine interest in live events, theatre or the creative industries

Location: Central London (ideally in office 4-5 days p/week, but will look at 1-2 days WFH).
