Harmonic are delighted to support a Production Agency with international presence on their search for a French Speaking Production Accountant. The Role
Reporting into the production and finance teams, the Production Accountant will take ownership of project accounting across a diverse portfolio of productions. You'll be responsible for chasing debtors, wrapping projects, overseeing budgets, preparing financial reconciliations, and implementing financial processes that support efficient project execution. This is a hands-on, varied role that sits at the heart of the business, partnering closely with both the production and finance teams to ensure every project is delivered in strong financial shape. This role requires frequent French language use, so fluency is expected.
Responsibilities
- Own the full job wrap process, ensuring productions are closed down accurately and on time
- Cross-reference Dext with Xero to ensure all receipts and expenses are correctly captured, coded, and reconciled
- Chase debtors and manage outstanding production finance queries
- Oversee project budgets and flag variances to the Head of Finance
- Prepare financial reconciliations and reports with accuracy and attention to detail
- Implement and maintain financial processes to support efficient project delivery
- Liaise with international offices on accounting matters, utilising French language skills where required
- Report directly to the Head of Finance and support with Ad-hoc financial tasks as required
What We Need to See (Essential)
- Strong working knowledge of Xero
- Fluency in both English and French (bilingual or native French speaker)

- Experience in the creative or production industry
Package: Working Pattern: Hybrid (1–2 days per week in office, 3–4 work from home)
