The Senior Finance Manager will play a key role in the successful running of the finance function, handling the management accounts, while also providing insightful FP&A and commercial analysis.
Reporting into a strong SaaS industry CFO and line managing a team of one report, the Senior Finance Manager will occupy a broad, end-to-end responsibility for financial integrity, performance management, and decision support.
The Duties:
- Lead annual budget and periodic reforecast processes
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow
- Oversee cash flow management and forecasting
- Partner with business leaders to build financial plans
- Develop long-range financial models and scenarios
- Prepare monthly management packs with insights and commentary
- Analyse variances vs budget, forecast, and prior periods
- Track KPIs and financial performance metrics
- Act as finance partner to department heads and leadership
- Provide financial guidance on investments, pricing, and cost control
- Translate financial data into actionable business insights
- Perform sensitivity and scenario analysis to support decision-making
What we need to see (essential):
- ACCA / CIMA / ACA Qualified
- Strong finance and accounting background
What we need to see (bonus):
- Proven experience within B2B SaaS or enterprise software, ideally with subscription revenue models.
- Previous scale up experience
Salary: £70k - £80k (potential flex for ideal candidate) + bonus
