It is a structured commercial apprenticeship. Community Analyst is the first stage of Harmonic’s career development programme.
- Building and owning a specialist candidate network
- Negotiation and commercial deal structuring
- Brand building and content creation within your niche
Performance is measured through clear, structured targets during training. Average time to first promotion: Training & Development. Your first 12 weeks consist of a structured training programme covering:
- Commercial communication
- Market analysis
- Recruitment operations and compliance
- CRM and data integrity
Following this, you will receive ongoing coaching from a dedicated in-house development lead, alongside access to a comprehensive online learning platform.
We treat early career development seriously. Build and grow a niche candidate community through phone and face-to-face business development. Maintain high-quality CRM data and market intelligence. Create original market-specific content and marketing materials.
Strong academic track record (2:1 or above preferred). Creativity and commercial curiosity. Prior paid work experience (part-time or full-time).
