As Finance & Operations Reporting Analyst, you will play a key role in strengthening the company’s financial reporting and data capability. Working closely with the SLT / Finance Lead you will take ownership of financial and revenue reporting, stock and sales analysis, and data accuracy across finance and operational systems.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, Excel-savvy individual who enjoys working across finance and operations, building robust reports, and ensuring high-quality data underpins commercial decision-making.
You’ll partner closely with operations, warehouse, and leadership teams, supporting month-end processes, cash forecasting, inventory reporting, and continuous improvement of reporting and master data processes across systems including Xero and inventory platforms.

Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly financial and revenue reports for internal stakeholders
Build, develop, and continuously improve financial and performance reporting
Support month-end close processes alongside the external accounting provider
