The Client
Harmonic is delighted to be representing a high-growth Series A fintech with a strong consumer following and an expanding enterprise client base. They are one of Europe's fastest growth Tech scale-ups and are now scaling internationally. The business is at an inflection point: commercial momentum is accelerating and the finance function needs to grow with it.
The Role
Reporting directly to the FD, the Finance Manager will own everything accounting and operational finance related. Month-end close, FX settlements, statutory compliance, investor reporting, and cash management. As with any start-up, this is a role with genuine breadth and genuine ownership from the start.
They are actively looking for someone making their first move from practice, and this is an outstanding company to do so. You will get the kind of industry experience that typically takes years to accumulate, compressed into a fast-moving environment where automation is actively being utilised and there is real scope to shape how finance operates. The FD is committed to strong mentorship and developing this person into the Financial Controller role as the business scales; there is a clear and credible path.
