Harmonic is working alongside a fast-growing food subscription business, looking to appoint a first Finance Director at a pivotal stage of growth. This is a broad, high-impact role that sits at the centre of the business. You'll take full ownership of finance: setting strategy, managing lending and treasury relationships, and putting in place the reporting and controls needed to support the business as it scales internationally. You'll inherit a small team, which you'll lead and develop, while carrying the strategic agenda yourself and shaping how the function grows over time.
Strategic Finance & Partnering
- Shape and deliver the financial strategy behind the company's growth plans
- Give the leadership team the forecasts and insight they need to make fast, informed decisions
- Own and interrogate the long-range forecast model, turning it into insight the business can act on
- Run benchmarking work to see how the business compares against the market
- Assess new strategic opportunities and their impact on growth and market position
- Partner closely with the Supply Chain team on forecasting, supplier performance, and demand planning
- Build financial models that bring together supply chain costs, working capital needs, and supplier
