The business has developed a highly collaborative, high-performance culture made up of exceptionally talented, ambitious individuals who are passionate about building a market-leading product. The Role

As Finance & Analytics Manager, you’ll report directly to the Head of Finance, with a Management Accountant underneath you handling the day-to-day postings, payment runs and ledger BAU. That means your focus is on producing high quality month-end reporting and spending the rest of your time on projects: improving financial processes, supporting RevOps, and working with our Data team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants breadth without losing their technical accounting roots. You’ll join the finance team at a pivotal stage of growth, with exposure to working with senior leadership across Finance, Commercial and Data functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the month-end close process, ensuring accurate reporting, reconciliations, journals and insightful management accounts with clear variance analysis
  • Maintain strong financial controls and ledger integrity in Xero, including technical accounting areas such as accruals, prepayments, payroll and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Support budgeting, forecasting and board reporting through financial modelling, analysis and proactive identification of trends, risks and opportunities
  • Partner closely with RevOps and Data teams to deliver revenue and commercial insights through dashboards, subscriber analytics, cohort analysis and KPI reporting across B2B and DTC channels
  • Lead automation and process improvement initiatives across finance systems and reporting workflows, acting as a commercially-minded finance partner to stakeholders across the business
  • Oversee AP, payments and royalty schedules, while supporting compliance requirements including VAT, tax, R&D claims and year-end audit preparation
