Our client is a fast‑growing studio focused on creating, financing, and distributing high‑end films and TV series, with a track record spanning hundreds of titles alongside some of the biggest names in entertainment. They're a creative, collaborative, and genuinely international team, and this role sits right at the centre of how the business gets deals done.
The Role
You’ll join the Investment team as Investment Assistant, supporting on all commercial aspects of production greenlights from development through to delivery. This includes financial, legal, and production agreements, so you’ll need to feel comfortable across numbers and contracts alike. You’ll work closely with production, legal, sales, and finance, and act as a key point of contact for external partners including banks, distributors, and producers. It’s a varied role with exciting opportunities for progression.
Responsibilities
- Support the Investment team across all commercial aspects of production greenlights
- Help manage financial, legal, and production agreements through development to delivery
- Track progress on film and TV projects across the development pipeline
- Improve and maintain internal tracking systems
- Manage production checklists through to delivery
- Liaise with financing partners to keep deliverables on track
- Maintain financial models for production and investment returns
- Analyse returns across the full project lifecycle
- Work with finance and legal/business affairs on process improvements
- Flag risks or delays early and help resolve them
- Ad hoc tasks to support the wider investment team
What We Need to See (Essential)
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in a finance environment
- A demonstrated passion for TV and Film
- Relevant degree (finance, business, etc.)
- Strong Excel skills
Package:
- Salary: £40,000 with flexibility depending on experience
- Working Pattern: Hybrid (4 days in-office, 1 day work from home)
- Ideal Start: ASAP
