This is not a generic sales role. It is a structured commercial apprenticeship.

The Role: Community Analyst is the first stage of Harmonic’s career development programme. The role combines:

  • Market mapping and sector research
  • Direct business development with founders and finance leaders
  • Building and owning a specialist candidate network
  • Negotiation and commercial deal structuring
  • Brand building and content creation within your niche

You will develop deep expertise in a defined marketplace and take ownership of growing Harmonic’s presence within it. Performance is measured through clear, structured targets during training. The environment is competitive but collaborative. Those who thrive are driven, analytical and energised by measurable progress. Average time to first promotion: 3–6 months. Typical timeline to leadership responsibility: 18–24 months.
