Harmonic Finance is seeking a Fractional CFO in Bristol to lead the Series A prep and fundraising alongside the CEO and existing finance team. The role is initially fractional, 2–3 days/week, with on-site core days and some remote flexibility, and potential to become permanent as the business scales.
You will own the integrated financial model, valuation, capital strategy, investor materials, and due diligence, while coordinating with investors and external stakeholders.
