Harmonic Finance™ | Certified B Corp is seeking a Head of Finance Transformation (AI & Automation) to design a finance function for an AI-native, high-growth logistics-tech scale-up in London. Reporting to the CFO, you will build the finance stack, AI workflows, and operative model from scratch to enable real-time decision-making.
You will lead a 0 to 1 build effort, redesigning core processes (record to report, procure to pay, order to cash, FP&A) and embedding automated forecasting.
