Finance manager in technology

Harmonic are partnering with a profitable, privately owned technology business to hire a Finance Manager. This is a hands‑on role with real ownership, a supportive Director of Finance & Operations invested in your development, and genuine flexibility, with just one day a week in the office.

Задачи:

• Month end with the external bookkeepers and accountants, balance sheet reconciliations and financial reporting
• Intercompany accounting, including reconciliations and recharges across the group
• Year end, VAT returns and tax efficiencies, working with external accountants and advisors
• Accounts payable end to end, monthly payroll and statutory submissions such as P11Ds
• Finance systems and controls, starting with selecting and rolling out a new expense management system
• Automated workflows and people operations, including onboarding, benefits and insurance renewals

Требования:

• Part-qualified or fully qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA
• Industry experience in a startup or scale‑up, ideally in a small, hands‑on finance team
• Comfortable owning projects end to end
• Real examples of using technology or AI to improve a process
• Будет плюсом: Operations experience alongside finance, and familiarity with Xero, Slack or Zapier, a plus

• Freedom to modernise how things are done, starting with choosing and rolling out a new expense management system
• Broader experience across finance and operations, building a more commercial profile
• £60,000 - £70,000 plus generous bonus. 10% matched pension, private healthcare, long‑term illness insurance and gym membership
