Harmonic Finance™ is recruiting for a well-established, fast growth Marketing Agency based in London. The role offers autonomy with a hands-on finance leadership position and the opportunity to act as a trusted business partner.
The Role
- Manage a team of 4 with development and progression opportunities
- Produce monthly and year-end reports; oversee management accounts
- Provide commercial support, strategic analysis and decision support to the CEO and board
- Coordinate international tax reporting, insurance and payroll
- Manage the P&L and balance sheet
- Improve variance analysis quality and assess time utilisation
- Implement a robust financial infrastructure
- Lead the growth strategy and advise on acquisitions
What we need to see (essential)
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified or QBE
- Experience in professional services sectors
- Proactive and good communication skills
