The Role

As FP&A Manager you’ll take ownership of group‑level financial planning and analysis, leading the development of robust financial models, managing budgeting and forecasting cycles, and providing actionable insight to guide sustainable growth.

Reporting to the CFO, you’ll work closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders across the business to translate data into strategy, influencing decision‑making at every level.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end budgeting and forecasting across global markets, ensuring alignment with company strategy.
• Partner with senior leaders in Commercial, Product, Marketing, and Operations to translate performance data into clear, actionable insights.
• Develop robust financial models to support scenario planning, cash‑flow forecasting, and strategic initiatives.
• Build dashboards and automated reports that bring clarity to performance and unit economics (CAC, LTV, payback, retention, contribution margin).
• Drive improvements to FP&A processes utilizing new systems and tools, such as AI.
• Act as a bridge between FP&A, Financial Reporting, and wider business functions.
• Support investor reporting, fundraising preparation, and board‑level analysis as the business continues its growth journey.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting cycles.
• Strong Excel and financial modelling capability.
• Scale‑up experience (£50m revenue+).
• Proven experience of SaaS metrics (CAC, LTV, unit economics, contribution margin, etc.).
• Background in D2C tech, e‑Commerce, digital subscription, or SaaS.
• Experience supporting international entities or multi‑market reporting.
