Harmonic are delighted to be partnering with a fast-growing digital media and marketing group to recruit a Senior Management Accountant. The business operates at the intersection of media, marketing and technology, supporting global brands with innovative digital and socialâfirst campaigns.
Following continued growth, the business is strengthening its finance function and is now looking to hire a Senior Management Accountant to support one of its key subsidiaries. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this role will take ownership of management accounts while providing commercial insight to support business performance. This is a fantastic opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys working in a fastâpaced, creative and commercially driven environment.
The Role
- Ownership of monthly management accounts, including journals, accruals and prepayments
- Delivering revenue analysis and variance reporting with clear commentary
- Supporting forecasting and budgeting processes
- Managing intercompany reconciliations and key balance sheet controls
- Supporting client billing and project revenue recognition
- Assisting the Finance Director with commercial analysis, margin tracking and business performance
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years' experience in an agency or project-based environment
- PQ/Finalist/Newly qualified CIMA/ACCA
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical ability
- Experience preparing management accounts end-to-end
- Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and core formulas
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work with non-finance stakeholders
