The client is a major global player in TV & Film production and distribution, aiming to triple turnover in the next few years. The role supports this ambition by leading the full cycle of M&A and strategic investment activities.
Duties
- Support the execution of M&A and strategic investment activity, across evaluation, due diligence, and deal execution.
- Take ownership of defined transaction workstreams and manage smaller deals autonomously.
- Build and review financial models, valuations, and investment cases.
- Assess inorganic growth opportunities, including acquisitions, partnerships, and minority investments.
- Prepare clear, high‐quality investment papers and board materials for senior leadership.
- Track performance of completed transactions against strategic and financial objectives.
- Maintain market and competitor intelligence to support ongoing opportunity assessment.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders and external advisers, representing the business professionally.
What We Need to See (Essential)
- Experience in investment banking, corporate development, transaction services, or a similar M&A‐focused environment.
- Strong technical skills across financial modelling, valuation, and investment analysis.
- Advanced Excel capability and the ability to produce high‐quality presentation materials.
