Harmonic are partnered with a hypergrowth SaaS business in London to hire an FP&A Manager who will own and scale the FP&A function across a rapidly expanding international organisation. The company's cutting-edge platform has secured significant Series C funding from top-tier VC firms with a strong track record of backing some of the most successful UK and US tech companies of the past decade. They are now seeking a senior FP&A leader to play a pivotal role in guiding the business through its next phase of growth, delivering sharper insights, deeper analysis, and more data-driven decision-making.

The team is led by world-class founders with multiple successful exits, supported by a highly ambitious and talented group united around building the next major SaaS success story. This is a career-defining opportunity for someone with a proven background in impactful FP&A who loves solving complex problems, building scalable financial infrastructure and providing actionable insights through data while working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

The Role

Reporting to the CFO, this role isn’t about routine budgeting and forecasting. You will play a pivotal role in shaping financial strategy and building financial models for long-term strategic projects including M&A and future funding. This is a hands-on role, so you must be excited about rolling up your sleeves and proactive in finding innovative tech-enabled solutions to build efficiencies across the function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and maintain the integrated three-statement financial model (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), ensuring it is dynamic, accurate, and scalable.
  • Lead the annual budgeting and reforecasting processes, partnering with department heads to build bottoms-up plans aligned with strategic goals.
  • Deliver rapid, accurate scenario analysis (e.g., hiring ramps, new markets, efficiency initiatives) to support executive decisions and fundraising.
  • Act as the custodian of key SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR/GRR, CAC Payback, LTV, Magic Number), ensuring consistent definitions and robust methodology.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly Board and investor reporting, focusing on insights, drivers of performance, and actionable recommendations.
  • Benchmark performance against industry peers and best-in-class SaaS standards to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations and leadership to design incentive plans that drive the right behaviours while maintaining capital efficiency.
  • Own end-to-end commission and variable compensation calculations, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and timely pay-outs.
  • Analyse the ROI of incentive spend to assess whether plans are delivering intended outcomes.
  • Lead the transition from manual, Excel-based workflows to more automated FP&A and BI-driven reporting.
  • Act as a bridge between Finance and Data teams to ensure CRM and billing systems produce clean, reliable data for reporting.

About you:

  • A strong track record in FP&A or Commercial Finance in a high-growth environment.
  • Previous experience in a B2B SaaS or relevant subscription business.
  • An expert in financial modelling with the ability to build complex and scalable financial models from scratch.
  • Experience with financial planning and BI tools would be a strong plus.
  • A commercial mind, with a demonstrable ability to identify and focus on the most commercially meaningful and insightful data.
  • A storyteller who can extract key insights from complex data sets and communicate these insights in a concise, simple and engaging way to a wide range of stakeholders.
