Over the past few years our client's business has grown into a much-loved consumer brand with strong distribution across major supermarkets, hospitality, and retail channels.
Sustainability sits at the core of the business. From responsibly sourced ingredients to recyclable packaging, the company is committed to balancing commercial growth with environmental responsibility. This values-led approach is matched by a collaborative and people-first culture, where teams are encouraged to take ownership, innovate, and continuously improve.
With the business continuing to scale, data, reporting, and technology are becoming increasingly central to decision-making across finance and the wider organisation.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Finance Director and working closely with the Finance Manager, this role will take ownership of the company's data, reporting, and BI capability. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and improving dashboards, reporting outputs, and the wider data and tech suite, ensuring senior stakeholders have clear, reliable, and actionable insights. The role offers genuine ownership and visibility, sitting at the intersection of finance, operations, and technology, with scope to shape how data is used across the business as it continues to grow.

- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems

- Partner closely with the Finance Director and Finance Manager to support decision-making
- Lead on automation, AI-enabled reporting, and process improvements where appropriate
- Act as the go-to person for data, BI, and reporting across the business
- Support continuous improvement of the tech and reporting suite as the company scales

- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (data modelling, dashboards, stakeholder-facing reporting)
- Solid understanding of data architecture and system integrations
- Experience working closely with finance teams and senior stakeholders
- Proven track record of improving reporting, automation, and data-driven decision-making
- Comfortable operating as a standalone data specialist in a growing business
- Experience in a product-based, FMCG, retail, or consumer brand environment is highly desirable
- SQL experience and exposure to broader BI or analytics tooling
- Experience integrating ERP, finance, CRM, or operational systems
- Exposure to automation or AI-driven reporting initiatives
- Background in scale-up or high-growth environments
Location: Central London (3 days per week in the office)
