For Companies Harmonic Finance is delighted to work with a leading online marketplace who are looking for an Interim Finance Manager on a 6 month contract.
Renowned for their fantastic, dynamic, non-corporate workplace culture, our client has grown over 100% over the last 3 years and is looking to increase turnover by circa 25% this year. They operate a hybrid set‑up with 2-3 days in office and the remaining days from home.
There is a finance team of 4 in this well-established function and this role will report directly into the CFO. The role is a broad blend of financial accounting, management accounting and budgeting/forecasting support. The ideal candidate is a Chartered Accountant (ICAEW/CA or equivalent) with experience in both financial and management accounting.
Duties:
- Support the business through the audit process.
- Work closely with the finance team building out budgets and forecasts.
- Produce the monthly management accounts and relevant analysis.
- Evaluate and suggest process improvements across the finance function.
- Produce multi‑currency consolidations of accounts.
- Ad‑hoc duties to support the CFO and finance team.
Essential Qualifications:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, CA or equivalent).
- Experience with multi‑currency consolidations.
Contract Length: 6 months with potential to extend
