We are seeking an enthusiastic, evidence‑based practitioner to become a High Intensity CBT Therapist at Everyturn. This entry‑level role offers a fully funded Post‑Graduate Diploma with the University of Lincoln, plus clinical training on our Talking Therapy services across Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.

Key Responsibilities
- Complete a 12‑month full‑time High Intensity Psychological Interventions training programme, attending all university teaching and clinical sessions.
- Deliver face‑to‑face CBT therapy to adults and CYP in community settings, ensuring evidence‑based practice.
- Maintain accurate clinical notes and progress reports in line with NHS standards.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case reviews.
- Adhere to the hybrid working model: at least one in‑person day at a hub or community venue per week.
- Meet scheduled 12 pm‑8 pm clinical shifts to support service delivery.
Essential Qualifications
- Babcp recognised core profession or Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner with a minimum of two years post‑qualification experience.
- Ability to complete a Knowledge & Skills Assessment and, where applicable, provide KSA evidence.
Desired Experience & Skills
- Proven track record of working positively with people experiencing mental ill health.
- Highly resilient, flexible and able to manage a high‑volume workload while meeting academic and attendance requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, able to collaborate with colleagues.
- Capacity to organise priorities and deliver objectives in a fast‑moving environment.
