Our client, a renowned facility dedicated to supporting children with disabilities, is seeking a Clinical Psychologist to join their dynamic Multi‑Disciplinary Team on a permanent basis, based in Staffordshire. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work within a supportive team environment, with a salary ranging from £46,000 to £60,000 per year depending on experience. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement autism and neurodevelopmental assessment and intervention pathways.
  • Provide specialist psychological assessments and interventions for children and young people.
  • Lead MDT discussions around psychological and diagnostic formulation.
  • Deliver training sessions and workshops to various stakeholders.
  • Communicate complex information compassionately to families and colleagues.
  • Contribute to risk assessment and management plans.
  • Coordinate assessment and intervention plans for children and young people.

About You

  • Doctoral level training in clinical psychology and HCPC registration.
  • Experience in specialist psychological assessment and intervention.
  • Skills in psychological formulation and implementing interventions.
  • Experience working in a multidisciplinary team (MDT).
  • Knowledge of autism and neurodevelopmental conditions.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
