EdEx is looking for a psychology graduate to join a community‑focused, Ofsted Outstanding school located in the heart of Barking & Dagenham. About the Role- Support students with mild‑moderate SEN needs across KS1 and KS2.
- Help children with SEN/Additional needs, tailoring approaches to each child.
- Support teachers throughout the day.
- Provide academic and emotional support so pupils feel comfortable and supported.
Contract: Full Academic Year until July 2026 (initially).
Location: Barking & Dagenham.
About You
- Experience in childcare or working with SEN students (Autism, Speech & Language, Behaviour, Physical Disabilities).
- Patient, resilient, calm in difficult situations.
- A genuine passion for teaching or a career with children.
- Graduate with 1st Class or 2:1.
