EdEx is looking for a psychology graduate to join a community‑focused, Ofsted Outstanding school located in the heart of Barking & Dagenham. The school is purpose‑built, inclusive, and aims to provide an exciting learning environment. The role starts September 2025 and is perfect for someone finishing a university course.

About the Role
  • Support students with mild‑moderate SEN needs across KS1 and KS2.
  • Help children with SEN/Additional needs, tailoring approaches to each child.
  • Support teachers throughout the day.
  • Provide academic and emotional support so pupils feel comfortable and supported.
Salary: £105‑£115 per day (Monday‑Friday).
Contract: Full Academic Year until July 2026 (initially).
Location: Barking & Dagenham.
About You
  • Experience in childcare or working with SEN students (Autism, Speech & Language, Behaviour, Physical Disabilities).
  • Patient, resilient, calm in difficult situations.
  • A genuine passion for teaching or a career with children.
  • Graduate with 1st Class or 2:1.
