Rate: Β£14.40 per hour, increasing to Β£15.00 per hour on 1 April 2026
Hours: Permanent, 36 hours per week (24/7 Monday to Sunday rota + on call rota)
We are recruiting an experienced Senior Support Care Worker to expand our Management Team at Stricklands Care Village, Bangor (West). This is a genuinely rewarding role where you will be supervising and supporting the Support Care Worker Team, ensuring the day to day running of the service and making a meaningful difference in people's lives every day.
