Scale Harmoney in the UK, from our first enterprise customer to a market of our own.
Most Enterprise AE roles ask you to manage a territory.
This one asks you to build a country.
Our mission is simple: to become Europe's leading compliance orchestrator.
We are the market leader in Belgium, trusted by organisations like Mercedes, Ayvens, Belfius, Baloise and Swiss Life, and we have a strong presence in France, the Netherlands, Switzerland and other European markets.
Backed by a €10 million Series A, we have signed our first enterprise customers in the UK and we are ready to scale.
You will become Harmoney's first employee in the UK, and the person who turns that beachhead into a business.
If that excites you, keep reading.
The opportunity
This is not another Enterprise AE role.
You will have the freedom of a founder, backed by an experienced leadership team, a proven product, a live UK reference customer and a company that is already winning across Europe.
You will own the UK go-to-market strategy, scale the partnerships we have in place, close six-figure enterprise deals and feed the market back into our product roadmap. As Harmoney UK grows, you will be in a unique position to grow with it.
Your impact
You will build the commercial foundations of Harmoney UK. That means:
- Grow our UK enterprise customer base on top of our first reference account
- Build a repeatable sales motion for £200k+ deals
- Scale our existing partner ecosystem into a predictable lead engine
- Become our face in the UK market
- Shape both our UK strategy and our product roadmap
What you'll do
- Win enterprise customers from first conversation to signature, with typical deal sizes of £200k and above.
- Build pipeline through focused outbound, while leveraging our network of compliance boutiques, consultancies and technology partners who source enterprise leads.
- Scale the partnerships we already have in place, and add new ones where they accelerate growth.
- Open doors with senior compliance, risk and procurement leaders.
- Represent Harmoney at industry events.
- Translate UK market feedback into our commercial strategy and product roadmap.
You'll thrive in this role if
- You have experience selling complex enterprise SaaS into financial services.
- You love hunting more than farming, and you know how to work a partner channel at the same time.
- You get energy from building something in a market that is still wide open.
- You enjoy opening doors that others cannot.
- You want ownership, not micromanagement.
- You think commercially and act like an entrepreneur.
- You use AI to work smarter every day.
Nice to have
- Compliance, AML, KYC, KYB or RegTech experience.
- An existing UK financial services network.
- Experience selling £200k+ enterprise deals.
- Experience building or scaling partner-led revenue.
- Venture-backed SaaS experience.
- Ambition to build and eventually lead a UK business.
Why Harmoney?
- Build a country. Become our founding UK hire and turn a first customer into a market.
- Join at exactly the right moment, with €10M Series A backing and proven European traction.
- Sell a product trusted by leading financial institutions across Belgium, France, the Netherlands and Switzerland.
- Start with warm ground: a live UK reference customer and an established partner network.
- Real autonomy. Fast decisions. Zero bureaucracy.
- Direct influence on our product roadmap.
- Grow into leading our UK business.
- Competitive salary, uncapped commission, comprehensive benefits and flexible remote working across the UK.
