Harmeny Education Trust is seeking a Duty Manager (School Support) to provide leadership, operational management and behaviour support for six classes across Harmeny’s school community. The post holder will work alongside Education and Care colleagues to support learners who display challenging behaviour or emotional distress, ensuring they are Safe, Ready and Respectful with attendance prioritized.
The role is 35 hours per week, term-time only, with a pro rata salary of £34,135 per annum,
