This role sits at the intersection of sales, alliances, delivery, and strategy, owning partner performance from relationship management through pipeline creation and deal closure.

What You Will Do:

  • Partner Strategy & Relationship Management: Own and manage strategic relationships with key IT services and technology partners (e.g., cloud, SaaS, platform, ISV, and ecosystem partners). Develop multi-year partner strategies aligned to company growth priorities and industry focus areas. Act as the primary escalation point for partner-related commercial, delivery, and operational issues. Build executive-level relationships across partner organizations.
  • Revenue & Go-to-Market: Drive joint pipeline creation, deal origination, and co-selling motions with partners. Define and execute joint GTM plans, including target accounts, industries, and offerings. Partner closely with Sales leadership to influence deal strategy and improve win rates. Track partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue against targets.
  • Commercial & Contracting: Lead partner commercial models including margin structures, rebates, MDF, and incentive programs. Support contract negotiations, alliance agreements, and statements of work. Ensure partner compliance with commercial, legal, and governance frameworks.
  • Enablement & Execution: Coordinate partner enablement across sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams. Drive certification, training, and capability build aligned to partner roadmaps. Support joint marketing activities, events, campaigns, and thought leadership. Ensure consistent execution of partner programs across regions.
  • Performance Management & Governance: Define KPIs to measure partner effectiveness (pipeline, revenue, deal velocity, certifications). Run quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with partners. Provide regular reporting and insights to executive leadership. Continuously optimize partner portfolio based on performance and strategic fit.

What You Need To Be Successful:

  • 8+ years’ experience in IT services, consulting, alliances, or partner management.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT services, digital transformation, cloud, and managed services.
  • Proven experience driving partner-led revenue growth.
  • Track record of working with hyperscalers, SaaS vendors, or large ecosystem partners.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in complex deal structures.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Bonus Points if You Have:

  • Experience in a global system integrator (GSI), consulting firm, or high-growth services company.
  • Background working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or enterprise SaaS ecosystems.
