As the Local Manager, Customer Marketing, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strategic relationships with designated key retail partners. You will align joint business plans, marketing priorities, and execution standards to drive brand growth, shopper engagement, and commercial success. This role requires a strong coordinator who can work across internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver consistent brand experiences across all touchpoints.
Your work will be instrumental in transforming retail execution, optimizing marketing ROI, and scaling regional initiatives in alignment with region specific strategies.
What You Will Do- Retail Partner Strategy & Business Alignment: Drive alignment on marketing priorities and execution standards to ensure seamless integration of brand and retail strategies across the region. Champion a unified brand experience across all consumer touchpoints by orchestrating cross‑functional collaboration between internal teams and external retail stakeholders.
- Digital Acceleration & Content Optimization: Spearhead digital content and performance marketing strategies, from planning and production to optimization and distribution. Lead the collaboration with cross functional and local teams to enhance content effectiveness, increase platform adoption, and improve conversion metrics across PDPs and brand stores.
- Retail Product Launch Excellence & Content Governance: Manage new product introductions with retailers, ensuring synchronized execution across Sales and Marketing. Govern product content accuracy across e‑tailers, optimizing categorization, imagery, copy, and promotional elements to maximize visibility and conversion.
- Experiential & Activation Marketing: Design experiential programs that drive sell‑in, sell‑out, and deepen brand engagement at the regional level. Manage vendor relationship for local production of POS Experience material.
- Commercial Offer Strategy & Performance Management: Develop and implement commercial marketing offers in collaboration with Sales, aligning channel strategies to drive business growth. Monitor performance rigorously and drive corrective actions to ensure targets are met, while fostering best‑practice collaboration frameworks. Post‑Campaign Analysis: Measuring retail ROI and capturing key learnings to optimize future performance.
- Brand Engagement & Funnel Conversion: Drive local brand engagement programs that build upper‑funnel investments and drive conversion through B2B partners. Scale Social Selling & TikTok Shop: Own the growth and optimization, with a specific focus on managing and scaling TikTok Shop to convert community engagement into revenue.
- Lifecycle & Portfolio Strategy: Manage lifecycle strategies for key accounts, optimizing shelf space and product visibility across channels.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in retail, performance or partner marketing, preferably in consumer electronics or FMCG.
- A digital‑native mindset with extensive experience in online commerce.
- Proven line‑management experience.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing performance metrics.
- Excellent relationship‑building skills with key retailers and internal stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a hands‑on approach to execution and optimization.
- Demonstrated success in cross‑functional collaboration and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Driving performance across diverse markets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to translate strategy into compelling narratives.
- Leadership experience in B2B2C or premium brand environments, especially in tech industry / consumer electronics.
- Demonstrated success in fast‑changing business environments.
