About the Role:

As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for manufacturing and assembling components used in various Bowers & Wilkins products. This role plays a key part in ensuring that products are built to the highest quality standards while meeting required production targets. You will follow established processes, maintain safe working practices, and contribute to a positive and efficient team environment.

What You Will Do:

• Assemble and manufacture products in line with quality and production targets
• Follow standard work instructions and processes
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
• Work closely with your team to achieve daily production goals
• Support problem-solving and continuous improvement activities
• Stay flexible and assist with different tasks when needed
• Follow all health and safety guidelines
