Role:
Full-Time Operations Team Leader
Competitive Salary + Full Gold Membership + Pension
To assist and support the Duty Manager with the smooth running of the Operations Department on a day-to-day basis, with opportunities to act as Cover Duty Manager when fully competent and trained, when required.

Working a six-week rota including early mornings, daytime, evenings and alternative weekend shifts within a dynamic sports and leisure centre!

Your role will be to ensure the safety and security of customers and to deliver an excellent customer service at all times.

Ideal candidates should hold a current NPLQ and Pool Plant qualification, and have awareness of Health and Safety requirements in a Pool setting.
