We are looking for an experienced HR professional to support our manufacturing business on a flexible, interim basis.
The immediate priority will be helping us recruit a number of key engineering and management positions, but the role will also provide practical HR support and advice to the management team.
We are looking for someone who is:
Experienced and commercially pragmatic.
Comfortable working in an SME manufacturing environment.
Confident dealing directly with managers and employees.
Able to recruit and assess senior candidates.
Able to proactively use recruitment platforms and head hunt if appropriate.
Must be hands-on and organised rather than purely strategic.
Able to challenge management constructively when necessary.
This would suit someone looking for an interim, part-time or portfolio role.
Location: Harlow, Essex / some flexibility
Duration: Initially 2–4 months
Commitment: Approximately 2–3 days per week
