Are you an experienced housing professional who wants to help protect council homes, tackle housing misuse, and support fair access to social housing in Harlow?

Working as part of the Housing Management Team, you will proactively investigate and pursue social housing fraud, including unlawful sub-letting, ineligible succession claims, non-occupation or non-use of a council property as a principal home, fraudulent Right to Buy applications, mutual exchanges for payment, and fraudulent housing applications.

You will bring substantial housing management experience, a sound understanding of housing law and tenancy legislation, and the confidence to work with other councils, registered social landlords and the police to prevent and detect housing fraud.
