We are seeking a highly organised and self‑motivated individual to join our busy Legal Services team. Reporting to the Legal Practice Manager, you will provide high-quality administrative support across a range of legal disciplines and specialist activities. This is a varied and fast-paced role that requires excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively prioritise competing demands. You will be a proactive team player who can work collaboratively with colleagues while also managing your own workload with minimal supervision.

Experienced in administration and clerical work, you will have at least four GCSEs passes (or equivalent), including English Language and Maths. You will be familiar with conveyancing and litigation work, particularly preparing court forms, drafting legal documents and managing legal correspondence.

It is essential that you have excellent communication skills both verbal and written and have experience of using an electronic case management or similar document management system. You will be highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams, with the ability to format complex documents, manage spreadsheets, maintain records and produce accurate reports, working effectively in a paper-light environment.

You will have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering a professional and efficient service. An understanding of the Lexcel quality standard would be an advantage.
