Harlow Council is seeking a Major Works & Dispute Resolution Officer to work within the Home Ownership team. You will manage all statutory consultation for works to our flat blocks, maximise recovery of major works costs by invoicing leaseholders accurately, and resolve disputes quickly in line with leases and council policies.
You will deliver a first-class customer-focused service and support the Home Ownership team in all its leasehold interests.
