We are looking for a motivated Housing Assistant to work in our Home Ownership team. The successful applicant will support the Housing team, working with specialist housing management professionals in a friendly, efficient, and customer‑focused environment.
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week (banking 30 minutes per week to be used towards the shutdown between Christmas and New Year). The role is primarily office‑based, with most full‑time employees attending the workplace at least three days per week on a pro‑rata basis.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience working in social housing or the voluntary sector
- An understanding of current housing issues
- A proven track record of working within a pressurised, customer‑focused environment
- Strong communication and diplomatic skills at all levels
- Ability to work or attend meetings outside of normal working hours
- A driving licence and access to a vehicle or other satisfactory means of transport
