Salary: Qualified Teacher) * up to £43,392 FTE / Unqualified Teacher) up to £34,376 FTE

Stansted Airport College is a unique and highly successful educational partnership between London Stansted Airport and Harlow College — the first of its kind at any airport in the UK. Since opening in September 2018, our purpose built, industry standard facilities immerse learners in a real world airport environment. We work closely with employers and partners across the airport to ensure our students gain meaningful experiences, develop employability skills, and progress successfully into employment or further training.

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Teacher to join our dedicated team. You will work closely with learners and colleagues to ensure each student is supported to achieve their daily targets and long term learning goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering engaging and inspiring lessons
  • Assessing learner progress and providing constructive feedback
  • Supporting and developing the overall learner experience
  • Ensuring delivery aligns with the College’s values, ethos, and high standards

Teaching qualification not required. If you are not yet a qualified teacher, we will support and train you to gain your teaching qualification. What matters most to us is your industry knowledge and experience — what you bring from the workplace is truly invaluable to our students.
