This Level 3 business support administration apprenticeship sits in the STAR team at Harlow College, which covers admin across bursary, admissions and reception. The work centres on onboarding students, supporting safeguarding administration, data inputting and keeping records accurate, with regular contact with other college teams. It is a full-time apprenticeship on a fixed term of 18 to 21 months, with telephone and face-to-face contact with students, parents and the public. An enhanced DBS check is required.

- GCSE English and maths at grade 4 or equivalent
