Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Yard/Mill/Workshop Operative to join our team in Kidderminster. The primary purpose of a Yard/Mill/Workshop operative is to support the smooth running of the yard by carrying out various duties.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Organising and maintaining stock in the racks
  • General maintenance and housekeeping duties across the yard.
  • Ensure all recycling of plastic wrap, banding and cardboard are carried out daily and the recycling area is well managed and kept tidy at all times.
  • To act in a safe and responsible manner in accordance with the company’s health and safety Policies.
  • May be required to support other departments as needed.

  • Ability to follow health and Safety procedures and protocols, including reporting hazards and incidents
