Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated People Administrator to join our team at Long Whatton. We are looking for someone to provide support for the People Team, specifically the Senior People Advisor by assisting with the day to day running of the department.
What you’ll be doing as a People Administrator:
- Provide administrative support across the full employee lifecycle (starters, leavers, contract changes)
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job adverts and issuing offer documentation
- Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems (e.g. Healthbox HR, Talos360)
- Prepare monthly reports in line with deadlines
- Act as a first point of contact for general People queries
- Support absence tracking and ensure return‑to‑work processes are completed
- Provide administrative support for employee relations processes (e.g. disciplinary and grievance documentation)
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
Your Skills:
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident using phones to communicate with managers and employees
- Experience with Microsoft (Excel, Word etc.)
- Previous administrative experience
