Harlington School seeks an experienced SENCO and Inclusion lead to drive strategic reform of SEND and inclusion across the school. The postholder will report to the Headteacher and work with Deputy Heads to embed effective practices and pathways for learners with SEND.
The role combines the statutory SENCO responsibilities with broader strategic oversight of inclusion, ensuring pupils receive high-quality first teaching and targeted support across KS3–KS5.
