Harlington School invites applications for the designated SENCO role, combining statutory responsibilities with strategic leadership of Inclusion. The post holder will oversee the SEND Department and collaborate with senior leaders to raise attainment for all pupils. With extensive SEND knowledge and hands-on practice, you will identify talent, drive innovative change and support staff to deliver high-quality teaching and inclusive outcomes across KS3–KS5, including units for autism.
