Harlington School is seeking a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead to play a central role in safeguarding and promoting student welfare. Working with the Designated Safeguarding Lead, you will manage cases, referrals to external agencies and contribute to multi-agency plans to safeguard pupils.
You will deputise for the DSL, respond to contextual safeguarding concerns, and collaborate with pastoral teams, families and professionals to ensure effective support and robust safeguarding practices
