Harlington School is seeking a proactive Attendance Officer to join our pastoral team.

You will monitor attendance daily, liaise with students, families and external agencies, and support admissions processes to ensure smooth transitions.

This role requires excellent organisation, strong communication, and resilience in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on safeguarding, wellbeing and helping every student achieve their best.
