Our search here is an opportunity for the right candidate to flourish in their element, lead on institutional change and help enable better outcomes for our students across the school.
Where the role requires strategic oversight of Inclusion, it is also clear that this role will require someone with the knowledge, depth and experience to identify talent, create innovative change and deliver successful outcomes. All of this whilst ensuring they remain with a hands-on understanding of SEND practice.
We are therefore looking for someone with a proven track record, extensive SEND knowledge and a dedication to place our children at the heart of everything they do. The ideal candidate will have high expectations of what every pupil can achieve and will endeavour to support all staff to develop a more collegiate supportive response to inclusive practice.
