As a senior clinical leader, you will act as a visible role model and expert practitioner supporting patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team. You will help drive strategic development, strengthen clinical governance, and cultivate a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
Main duties of the job
- Provide strong operational and clinical leadership across the Inpatient Unit.
- Lead on the strategic development of inpatient services and the development of 10 new CHC beds, ensuring they remain responsive, innovative, and person-centred.
- Oversee governance, quality, and safety, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and continuous improvement.
- Champion workforce leadership and development, nurturing a skilled, motivated, and compassionate team.
- Act as a clinical expert and point of escalation for complex care needs.
- Foster collaborative working across the hospice and wider healthcare partners.
